The principals of our practice, John Hensley and Walter Kennedy, have long been a part of the local legal community, each having practiced law in Boulder County since 1982. Both of the principals had business experience prior to their legal education. Our practice is a general, civil practice serving our clients? transactional and litigation needs. From the simple will to complex, multi-state litigation, our clients? needs are serviced by the direct personal attention of the principals, who are assisted by paralegals, law clerk, associates and other attorneys, as the project requires.
