The firm started in 1994 upon Attorney Philpot's departure from the Office of the Corporation Counsel in New Haven. The mission of the firm is to provide affordable legal services to persons who seek competent, comprehensive access to our judicial system. All persons, regardless of social or economic status, should be deemed equal under the law, and, therefore, have the ability to readily avail themselves of our courts in search of their rightful measure of justice.
