Curcio Law is guided by attorney Thomas J. Curcio who has been practicing law, focusing on personal injury, for over 35 years. Tom prides himself on representing his clients from the first client meeting to the successful conclusion, whether it be by settlement or jury verdict. Tom has intimate knowledge of all stages of your personal injury case, from initial investigation to dealing with insurance claims adjusters. He will obtain and assemble the medical records necessary to fully understand your injuries, and negotiate appropriate settlements, or if necessary, prepare witnesses, including experts, to professionally and effectively represent your case in front of a jury.
Curcio Law isn't only interested in representing those impacted by personal injury after the fact, the firm takes a proactive role in advocating for safety in the community. For many years, Tom Curcio has been an active member of the Injury Board which is made up of leaders in the field of personal injury law who are dedicated to educating the community about how to avoid serious injury.
