A Bit of History

RMP was established in 2005 for the practice of law in Northwest Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas is home to three Fortune 500 companies (Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt Trucking Company) and several other leading corporate citizens. RMP has expanded its footprint in Arkansas with the opening of offices in Bentonville in 2015, Jonesboro in 2016, and Little Rock in 2017. In December of 2018, the main office moved to its new location in Johnson to provide a more convenient location to better serve all of Northwest Arkansas.

RMP is committed to meeting the specialized legal needs that can arise in the wake of economic growth. The firm places a premium on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, and with over one hundred years of combined practice in taxation, transaction matters, litigation, trust and estate planning, RMP has the knowledge and experience necessary to offer our clients the highest quality of legal services.

The vision of RMP is to provide the individuals, families and businesses of Arkansas with a level of tax, transactional, trust and estate planning, and litigation expertise typically found only in large metropolitan law firms. RMP has been one of the fastest growing firms in Arkansas for more than 10 years.
The Founding Partners

Lee Moore, Neal Pendergraft and Joseph Reece are the founding partners of RMP LLP. Together, these attorneys possess more than one hundred years of tax, transactional, and trust and estate planning experience.

Over the years, Lee and Joseph have developed a sophisticated estate planning practice which serves as the foundation and nexus of the firm. In addition, Joseph has led the refinement of the RMP acquisition, business, tax, and real estate transaction practices. Neal is Of Counsel to the firm and brings his years of experience and community involvement to the firm in an advisory role. The founders have continually added attorneys with needed expertise to accommodate the client demands of the expanding practice. An example of this growth is the addition in 2016 of Paul McNeill, who brings his thirty-five years of litigation experience to RMP and its clients.
