On behalf of institutional clients, closely held businesses and individuals, we have closed a myriad of multi-million-dollar secured and unsecured financings, including asset-based transactions, construction loans, revolving lines of credit, term loans, commercial fee and leasehold mortgages, and matters involving letters of credit and a wide range of collateral, including strip malls, hotels, airplanes, apartment buildings, multi-family buildings, office buildings, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable, and partnership/LLC membership interests. We also represent financial institutions as both lead lender and agent in syndication and participation arrangements. Additionally, we represent creditors in all aspects of foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings.

In the real estate arena, we assist individuals and businesses in the purchase, sale, development and financing of commercial and residential properties, including obtaining municipal approvals as well as drafting landlord's waivers, easements, licenses and access agreements. We also represent property owners in ownership, easement and boundary disputes.

In addition to our business practice, we have years of experience in estate planning proceedings, including litigating contested matters.
