For the last eighteen (18) years, we have worked primarily on class action employee and consumer-based litigation. Mr. Quintilone has been appointed lead and co-lead counsel in over 30 cases in both the California and United States District Courts, and had numerous contested cases certified and have also successfully obtained multiple published decisions. Mr. Quintilone has started trial in over ten cases, with most settling after opening statement or during the proceedings and tried six cases to verdict with a jury. We have also conducted a class action trial with a jury empaneled that settled during trial. We regularly appear in trial courts and appellate across the state and United States.
