Firm Beginnings

In the quickly changing landscape of South Florida law firms, Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum, P.A. has remained a constant. Founded in 1983 by Robert M. Kramer and Leslie H. Zuckerman, the firm?s principals continue to be a powerful force in the legal community whose success and longevity are based on mutual respect for their clients, each other, and a shared passion for the law. As friends in the Tax Law Program at the University of Miami Law School, Bob and Les served as attorneys for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. They founded the firm with a specialty in tax, pension planning, estate planning and business transactions. In 1994, Mitchell F. Green, an attorney with experience in health law and commercial transactions, as well as a certified public accountant, joined the firm. Just a few years later, Craig M. Greene, a civil trial lawyer with expertise in the insurance arena, became a shareholder heading up the litigation department. The firm added an appellate division less than a year later when Robert I. Buchsbaum joined the practice. In 2002, Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum, P.A., was born.
