The long 9-hour workdays for assistants hired from 2017 to present can be draining, and the lack of flexibility to work remotely beyond the allowed one day per week is seen as a negative. Additionally, there is no profit sharing, limited vacation days, and other departments are not allowed to work from home. The paternity policy has also been criticized.
