BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

hour to get to work is long

Law firm Orrick has a long-standing reputation for providing excellent legal services and a great work environment to its employees. According to reviews from the firm's attorneys and other personnel, Orrick has many perks including monthly free breakfast (when in the office), cell phone reimbursement, flexibility, buoni pasto, iPhone, Unisalute, and various other convenzioni. The location of the firm is also convenient, being near the 7th Street Metro Station. Many people have praised the great environment, as well as the opportunities, growth, and leadership provided by the firm. On top of this, the firm offers many perks such as company-paid lunches and generous bonuses.

However, some reviews have noted a few negatives. One complaint was that there is no room for advancement in certain positions. Another issue was that employees were punished for following written instructions from supervisors. Additionally, some people have mentioned that the management does not listen to the workers, and that there are many late nights. Finally, there is not enough parking for non traditional hours, and with today's traffic, an hour to get to work is considered too long.

Overall, Orrick is an excellent law firm that provides a great working environment for its employees. The firm offers many perks and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth and leadership. However, there are still some issues that need to be addressed, such as lack of advancement opportunities, management not listening to workers, and not enough parking for non traditional hours.
