Ogden & Sullivan, P.A. is a civil trial practice firm in Tampa, Florida which represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida. The Firm was founded in 1990 by Randy Ogden and Tim Sullivan who had practiced together for nine years in the trial department of one of Tampa's oldest and most respected law firms. From the beginning, the Firm has limited its practice to counseling and representing clients involved in or considering litigation of civil matters.

The attorneys in the firm have extensive experience in the courtroom. Five of our lawyers are Board Certified by the Florida Bar as civil trial specialists. This distinction has been earned by less than 2% of all Florida lawyers. Three of our lawyers have been selected as members of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization dedicated to the preservation of the jury system. Membership in ABOTA requires significant jury trial experience.

While we are proud of our attorneys' accomplishments in the courtroom, we are mindful of the fact that a trial is not always in our clients' best interest. For that reason we are committed to and highly experienced in alternative forms of case resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Our clients' desire for swift and cost-effective resolution of their claims is our primary consideration in the planning and execution of the strategy for each case.
