Robinson & Cole LLP has been praised by many of its employees for its generous pay, excellent technology, and supportive IT department. The firm also provides generous paid time off, flexible working hours, and recognition for a job well done. Employees are also rewarded with bonuses, holiday parties, free drinks, occasional free lunch, a modern office, and Friday night socials. The firm also offers a variety of work projects, good benefits, and free parking.

However, some employees have noted that the workplace is not perfect. The workload can be quite intense and stressful at times, and there may be the need to work late unexpectedly. Additionally, there are limited opportunities for advancement and no benefits for temps. Some have also noted that the commute into downtown Hartford can be a pain.

Overall, Robinson & Cole LLP appears to be an excellent place to work. Employees enjoy the generous pay, good benefits, and modern office space.
