Cons: The supervising attorneys lack coordination with HR and upper management, leading to confusion and inconsistencies. They fail to provide adequate billable hours and then penalize employees by withholding raises and bonuses for not meeting targets. The computer system is poorly managed and chaotic, making it difficult to work efficiently. Additionally, there is a tendency to shift blame onto others for mistakes that are not their own.
