Pierce & Mandell, P.C. was founded by Robert Pierce and William Mandell in 1995. Bob and Bill met at Boston College Law School, and after graduation continued their professional relationship as associates at the Boston law firm of Widett, Slater & Goldman. In 1997, Pierce & Mandell moved to the "Lawyers Building" at 11 Beacon Street, the original home of B.C. Law School from 1929 to 1937.
The firm has grown steadily and successfully ever since, pursuing our core goal to provide prompt, high quality, results-oriented legal services. Pierce & Mandell is a boutique firm, but we have the personnel and resources to serve the needs of virtually any client, from Fortune 500 companies to individuals and families.
Today, our twenty person team includes seasoned trial lawyers with decades of experience in the courtroom, negotiators skilled in conflict resolution, and business advisors who are both insightful and creative, with proven ability to solve all types of complex legal problems. We value originality, humor and the importance of public service, and encourage all of our professionals to participate in community activities, municipal boards and non-profit organizations. We feel privileged to practice law in the City of Boston and are committed to giving back to this community. We founded and support the Eddie Mandell Memorial Scholarship Fund which awards annual college scholarships to deserving Boston Public School graduates.
