In 1994, Carolyn and Dr. Thomas Sawyer established Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. They were joined by their daughter, Cary, in 1998 and by Tom Moss, Cary's husband, in 2003.

Every member of the Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. team is an extension of our family, and that idea includes our clients, as well. We make every effort to get to know you and your personal circumstances in order to develop the best possible plan.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to assist you in navigating life's important transitions, whether that be by assisting you or a loved one in planning for long term care or developing a comprehensive estate plan that will meet your family's needs in the event of unplanned death or illness. Our attorneys and staff concentrate our practice in the areas of Long Term Care Planning (including Medicaid and Veterans Assistance), Guardianship, Estate Settlement, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Planning.
