The law firm of Dykema is a great place to work. From the reviews, it is evident that the firm has a great team of people, both attorneys and staff, who are kind and appreciate their colleagues. The firm also provides good benefits and opportunities for growth. Though the pay could be better, the firm offers flexible PTO and has great company events to keep employees distracted from their difficult work. Additionally, the partners are kind and the firm has great national support. Management offers support and there is a good work-life balance. Unfortunately, some reviews suggest that the LA office has terrible operations and management that bullies and takes advantage of staff.Overall, the law firm of Dykema seems to have a great team of people who are kind to each other and appreciate their colleagues. Pros: The view. And the pay.
Cons: Deep racism. The HR department is the worst I've ever seen, they pick and choose who they want to help. The lady who retired from being over the legal assistants told me to be a lawyers "work girlfriend, to get to know him better" and she terminated me because I told her no.
