Advice to law firm management: As we continue to grow, continue to put in place activities that allow team members to get to know each other and feel connected.
Pros: During my time at Joye Law Firm, I have been impressed by the overall morale at the firm. Dealing with cases involving catastrophic injuries can create compassion fatigue, but our management team works hard to make sure our employees have the resources they need and plenty of fun events at the office and in the community to balance the workload. Employees are recognized often for generating results as well as going the extra mile for their coworkers. Team members are also encouraged to bring up new ideas that will benefit themselves and their team and management has been very receptive to these ideas.
