History

The firm's history dates back to 1956 and the firm's attorneys began practicing in the area of creditor's rights law in the late 1960s. The corporate entity of Bass & Moglowsky, S.C. was formed in 1971. The firm originally maintained offices in downtown Milwaukee and relocated to the north shore in 1991. The firm is currently located in the office towers located at Bayshore Town Center.

The firm maintains strong connections to the mortgage lending industry. The firm or individual attorneys are members of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, the Wisconsin Land Title Association, the Legal League 100 and other state and national organizations.
