Angela Hatley started her journey caring for others as a full-time registered nurse at a large teaching hospital in North Carolina, where she relentlessly advocated for her patients to make sure they received the care they deserved. While in nursing school at Chapel Hill, Angela saw the need for her patients to have someone who could strongly represent and support them. This inspired her to pursue a formal legal education, which built upon the advocacy skills she had already developed and would allow her to serve her future clients with the utmost care.
After graduating with honors from Campbell University School of Law, Angela began practicing law at the firm of Armstrong and Armstrong, P.A., before finally relocating to Fayetteville, North Carolina, where she opened up her own practice. She built her practice on the foundation of hard work and dedication. For over 20 years, Mrs. Hatley has met each of her clients with compassion, empathy, and respect as she works to help them accomplish their goals and build a brighter future. In addition, she uses her hard-earned experience to formulate successful strategies, assert her client's case, and do whatever she can to protect them.
Angela Hatley has a long-standing reputation for being well-respected inside the courtroom, which earned her being voted and awarded countless recognitions in her practice areas. The Hatley Law Firm has an excellent reputation amongst colleagues within the Cumberland County Court System.
Outside of the Hatley Law Firm, Angela Hatley is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the American Associates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Cumberland County Bar Association. She is also actively involved in her community church, a board member of Fayetteville Christian School, and an advocate for The Governor Morehead School for the Blind.
