We represent clients before government enforcement agencies governing the workplace, including the DOL, EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and on matters ranging from the routine to a wide array of workplace-related crisis situations. Our attorneys have significant experience in Wage and Hour compliance; federal contractors' affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations that are enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP); pay equity and affirmative action plan preparation and OFCCP defense; investigation and resolution of EEO and harassment, Sarbanes-Oxley and other workplace claims; and related training and compliance programs.

Additionally, we counsel and represent both employers and executives in domestic and international employment and compensation matters, including negotiating, revising and reviewing employment, compensation, option, and severance agreements; and consulting and related service agreements.
