Our attorneys have significant experience in Wage and Hour compliance; federal contractors' affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations that are enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP); pay equity and affirmative action plan preparation and OFCCP defense; investigation and resolution of EEO and harassment, Sarbanes-Oxley and other workplace claims; and related training and compliance programs.
