Steve and Michael practiced law together from 1990 until 2003 primarily under the firm name Peri & Stewart, L.L.C. In 2003, they merged their practice with the Pittsburgh-based firm of Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling which became Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. In 2004. Steve became General Counsel and Senior Vice President to Tandberg AS, a publicly listed leading-edge technology company. Michael became a partner in a New Jersey-based law firm. After 10 years apart, they decided to reform the firm. Peri & Stewart, LLC offers transactional and litigation services for corporations, insurance companies and other entities, with special attention to foreign-owned businesses seeking to establish, maintain or expand their presence in the United States.
