Cons: My mother had the unfortunate experience of engaging The Law Offices of Goldsmith, Hark, and Hornak PC for my divorce case, and she cannot stress enough how terrible their services were. Throughout the excruciating 22 months of working with them, She encountered nothing but unprofessionalism, abysmal communication, and a complete lack of accountability.From the very beginning, the communication with my attorney was severely lacking. She made countless attempts to get in touch with him, but each time she was met with excuses from the secretary, assuring me that he would call back soon. Unfortunately, these promises were nothing but empty words, and my attorney consistently failed to reach out to me. It was beyond frustrating to be kept in the dark about the progress of her case and to feel as though her concerns were being brushed aside.The final straw came when her attorney had the audacity to inform the judge that he had dropped her divorce case because he couldn't get a hold of her. This was not only false but also highly unprofessional. She had been diligently trying to contact him, leaving messages and making numerous calls to no avail. To see him deflect the blame onto me during a court proceeding was deeply upsetting and damaging to my case.Not only did she endure emotional stress due to their incompetence, but she also paid them an exorbitant amount of money for their subpar services. It is infuriating to think that she wasted valuable time and financial resources on a legal team that failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and communication.In the end, she was left with no choice but to sever ties with Goldsmith, Hark, and Hornak PC and start my divorce case all over again with a different law firm. The process has been immensely challenging, and she can't help but feel that the precious time and money she invested with them have been irreparably lost.Based on my dreadful experience, we strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to steer clear of The Law Offices of Goldsmith, Hark, and Hornak PC. They are an untrustworthy and unprofessional firm that lacks basic communication skills and fails to prioritize their clients' interests. Save yourself from the frustration, financial burden, and heartache that I endured - look elsewhere for competent legal representation for your case.
