Since 1994, Bob Weinheimer, Dave Haber and Amy Coco have practiced together and represented clients in a variety of areas in state and federal courts. Together with Bethann Lloyd, Holly Whalen, and Katherine Berquist, they defend professionals in professional liability matters and provide counsel in professional ethics matters and employment matters, as well as represent businesses and individuals in traditional insurance defense matters. They actively participate in Pennsylvania, Allegheny County and Washington County bar associations, as well as the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and other defense and trial lawyer organizations.

Bob Weinheimer lectures on bad faith and insurance coverage issues. Amy Coco, Bethann Lloyd and Holly Whalen regularly lecture before the Pennsylvania bar on legal malpractice, professional liability, ethics and risk management issues. Bethann and Holly handle a variety of employment matters and cyber liability matters. Amy and Dave handle claims arising from adverse reactions to vaccines in the Court of Federal Claims Vaccine Court. Amy also teaches Business Law and Business Ethics at the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business.
