Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. serves the needs of our clients in New Jersey and New York. Our clients are institutions, individuals and local, national and multi-national businesses. We create a written retainer agreement at the outset of each engagement detailing our fee structure. Our shareholders manage costs by assigning attorneys of different levels of experience to matters, and delegating to paraprofessionals where appropriate. Our practice is divided into five departments, each managed by one or more of our shareholders: Business Law, Creditors' Rights, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax, Trusts and Estates and Elder Law.
