Guarisco, Cordes & Lala, LLC is a firm of six attorneys exclusively engaged in the practice of tax and tax related areas of the law. The founders originally formed the firm in 1983 and have been in the practice of law together ever since except while they served as tax consultants for the international firm, Ernst & Young, beginning in the Fall of 2000.
