Founded in 1939 by two attorneys, one of whom was Jacob Levinson, we are dedicated to fighting on behalf of injured individuals. Today, the firm is led by Jacob's son - Richard J. Levinson. Since its founding and growth into a 25+ lawyer team across 8 offices, Levinson Axelrod remains a family-run law firm.

Our work in personal injury law began when our firm started representing injured factory workers in the area.
