Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn was founded in New Orleans in 1979 by a small group of talented attorneys committed to providing efficient quality legal services. The firm has steadily grown to a full service firm of nearly 40 attorneys. Our firm's attorneys are licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Georgia and South Dakota. Since the firm's inception, our attorneys have remained committed to a strict standard of professionalism and to providing superior, cost-effective legal services. The firm advises and provides litigation support to a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.

Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn is comprised of industrious and highly skilled attorneys with a broad range of knowledge. Several attorneys have written publications that are used as resources by other attorneys and clients throughout Louisiana. We are the only Louisiana law firm to be a member of the LEGUS International Network of Law Firms. In addition, we continue to build strong relationships with our clients by keeping them informed of legal issues that are of concern to them.

As leaders of the legal community, many of our attorneys lecture and teach at area universities and law schools and are involved in various leadership positions in organized local, state, and national bar and professional organizations, in addition to providing pro bono services to indigents and non-profits.
