Advice to law firm management: Clean House from the top on down. You have the very worst lawyers from top down working for your firm. Clean up your act or ship out. There are dozens of lawsuits filed against this firm. They've lost the majority of them.

Pros: There are no pros. The Managing Partners are all lying thieves who steal from clients and laugh about it at group meetings. This is foreclosure factory farm. An assembly line of cheap suit drone like lawyers who do nothing all day but harrass underlings and threaten clients if they don't pay their bills. MRLP is nothing but low quality predatory lawyers who can litigate their way out of a brown paper bag.

Cons: We are forced to give one star here but they deserve none.
You can quit early on and still collect unemployment if you sign a nondisclosure agreement where you won't sue them or disclose their numerous malpractice issues.
Complete communication breakdown and lack of professionalism.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Too many to name but Geoffrey Milne is the most abusive. No one likes him. Most want to quit the moment he opens his mouth he's so rude and difficult to work for

Pros: The only thing I miss about this firm is the one chill paralegal who kept me sane.

Cons: The job, the pay, and the people. It was an awful experience, with abhorrent compensation, and a hostile work environment. I left after less than a year, but I outlasted many other employees.
