Kenneth B. Schwartz is an AV Preeminent Rated attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing businesses, insurance carriers, and aggrieved individuals in litigation, trials, and appeals of business and employment matters, including workers' compensation claims, employment disputes, and insurance coverage actions. He also acts as a neutral mediator in these types of cases to help parties in litigation resolve their disputes.
