Allison, Bass & Magee, LLP: We are a full service law firm, concentrating upon the representation of local governments before state and federal agencies, and in all state and federal Courts of Texas, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Founded in 1983, our work is devoted to the representation of Texas Counties, Cities, School Districts and special districts, such as Water Conservation Districts. We serve as General Counsel for the Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas, and as litigation counsel for the Texas Association of Counties. Over the years, we have represented Texas local governments in voting rights, civil rights, tort, contract and construction litigation. In addition, we are involved in continuing education of elected officials regarding their statutory duties and responsibilities.
