Our Firm was founded in Miami in 1983. From the beginning, our goal has been to provide quality legal representation to the insurance and healthcare industries in litigation matters involving medical negligence, premises liability, auto negligence and other types of personal injury claims. The Firm, now known as Falk, Waas, Hernandez, Solomon, Mendlestein & Davis, P. A., has grown to 14 attorneys with offices in Coral Gables, Boca Raton and Orlando. The Firm's scope of practice has expanded to include virtually all aspects of the defense of insureds in civil litigation, including coverage disputes. We pride ourselves on our depth of experience and on working closely together as a firm to provide personal and dedicated service to our clients.
