David R. Craig received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now UNH School of Law, in 1996. Attorney Craig is the principal of David R. Craig & Associates. He has been formally board certified in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation since 2005 (recertified in 2010, 2015), and is AV Rated by Martindale Hubble. His practice is exclusively limited to the areas of estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, public benefits law, veterans' pension programs, special needs disability planning, and general elder law issues. Attorney Craig is licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire, the Federal District Court (District of New Hampshire), and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the NH Estate Planning Council, a founding member and past President of the NH Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and past Chair of the Trust & Estate section of NH Bar Association.
