Our real estate practice group represents investors and developers, in a full range of real property matters, including retail, office, hotel, industrial and multi-family property acquisition, development and sales; financing, refinancing and construction financing; condominium, cooperative and homeowners association development and conversions for residential, mixed-use and commercial projects; and office, retail and industrial leasing.

Our estate planning lawyers advise individuals and families on estate planning (wills and trusts) and estate administration (probate and intestacy). They also work in the probate courts to assist clients with a smooth estate administration, advising executors/administrators.

Our central office is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. We moved to 1185 Avenue of the Americas in August 2017 to better service our diverse client base in New York and around the world.
