Friedman, Framme & Thrush, P.A. is a large firm with a small firm mentality. We combine exceptional experience, modern efficiency and a commitment to personal service.

Founded in 1921, Friedman, Framme & Thrush, P.A., draws on nearly a century of legal experience. Initially, our law firm acted as counsel for corporations and creditors enforcing their rights in business transactions and bankruptcies. In the mid-1980's, our firm was selected by the FDIC to represent the U.S. Trustee in the Butcher Brothers bankruptcy, one of the largest bank failures of that era. We assisted the U.S. Trustee in recovering approximately $50 million in assets hidden in various places throughout the United States and abroad.

While we still maintain our business transaction and bankruptcy practice today, our current practice is more diversified.

In 1986, we were selected by LegalShield as the provider law firm for Maryland and the District of Columbia. Through the years, as our LegalShield membership grew, so did our law firm.

In 2018, Weinstock, Freidman & Friedman merged with Framme Law Firm to become Friedman, Framme & Thrush, P.A. In doing so, FFT Law became one of the largest LegalShield provider law firms in the nation. We now serve LegalShield members in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont & Virginia.
