White & Allen, P.A. is a full service law firm located in Eastern North Carolina. The firm has offices in Greenville, Kinston, Morehead City, New Bern and Snow Hill. The firm employs 23 attorneys and more than 40 paralegals and other support staff.

The firm's predecessors first began their legal practice in Eastern North Carolina in 1927. The existing law firm began in 1970 with a merger of two smaller firms whose senior partners were Thomas J. White, Jr. and William A. Allen, Jr. Since then, the firm has grown to become one of the largest law firms in Eastern North Carolina.

White & Allen's scope of practice covers both criminal and civil law including bankruptcy, civil litigation, criminal matters, condemnation and imminent domain, health care law, corporations, domestic and family law, elder law and special needs (disability) trusts, estate planning and administration, partnerships, personal injury, real estate, taxation, and traffic matters, among others. The law firm has three attorneys with a Master of Laws degree in taxation and five attorneys who are board certified by the North Carolina State Bar as specialists in their respective practice areas.

Using technology to add speed and efficiency, we can minimize overhead and pass the savings on to clients.
