The workers' compensation practice involves handling cases at frequent informal, pre-formal, and formal hearings before all of the Workers' Compensation Commissions throughout the state and on appeal before the Compensation Review Board, Appellate Court, and Connecticut Supreme Court. The firm also represents employers in 31-290a (wrongful discharge) cases in both the workers' compensation and civil arenas.
