Firm founder Frederick Close was a Judge of the Supreme Court and Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division, Second Department. Joseph Gagliardi was District Attorney of Westchester County and the Administrative Judge for the Ninth Judicial District. Lee Gagliardi served as a Federal Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Elbert Gallagher was the first Administrative Judge for the Ninth Judicial District. John Dillon, John C. Marbach and Lee Parsons Davis were all Supreme Court Judges. John Dillon also was the Westchester County Surrogate.CGM attorneys today continue to serve with distinction.
