Our law firm has a proud tradition of over 100 years, beginning with its founding in 1905 by Albert C. Fach. In 1969, the firm became Fach, Sipp & Hall when John G. Hall was made partner.

In 1992 when Thomas J. Hall became partner the practice assumed its present name of The Law Firm of Hall & Hall, LLP.

Lainie R. Fastman joined the firm in 1986 as an associate attorney, focusing on estate planning, trusts and estates, elder law, and probate court litigation. In 2003, Ms. Fastman became a partner in the firm. Julia Hall Perednia joined the firm in 1994, was made partner in 2000, and opened up the firm's New Jersey office in 2000, providing a full range of banking, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate administration, and will and trust services to our expanding client base.

Our attorneys are very active in the legal community. They have held prominent positions in State and County bar associations and charity organizations, lectured at numerous civic and legal associations, and published articles on a host of legal topics in leading publications including New York Law Journal, New York Real Property Law Journal, Real Estate Finance Journal and the CPA Journal.

They also believe in giving back to the local community and have served on the boards of organizations including the Staten Island Institute of Arts and Sciences, the Staten Island YMCA, the American Red Cross, the Staten Island Chapter of the Rotary Club, the Seton Foundation for Learning, and The Staten Island Foundation.
