At Heilmann, Ekman, Cooley & Gagnon, Inc., we represent individuals and institutions in litigation and commercial matters, and we provide mediation and arbitration services. In our commercial practice we represent individuals and enterprises in business formation, the negotiation and drafting of contracts, in mergers and acquisitions, in real estate transactions and with loans and financing. The lawyers who provide alternate dispute resolution services have mediated scores of construction, business, partnership, property, and family and divorce cases, among many other matters, as well as arbitrated disputes.
