The firm was founded in 1947 by Stanley Schuchat. Jim Cook joined Stanley in 1956 and Charles Werner joined Stanley and Jim in 1960. Stanley passed away in 1979 and Jim and Charles are now retired. In addition, our wonderful partner, friend, and mentor Art Martin died in 2012.
