Murtha Cullina is a law firm that offers a great work environment, with friendly staff, and good pay and benefits. Training is comprehensive and quick, and there is an on-site trainer who holds regular classes on various procedures. The firm also provides a good balance of guidance and autonomy, and is accommodating for people with children.

Unfortunately, the firm does have some areas where it could improve. Communication and teamwork are not always a priority, and there are elements of office politics. The workload can also be overwhelming at times, and management does not always seem to care. The firm could also invest more in technology to make it more efficient.
