Martin, Ganotis, Brown, Mould & Currie, P.C. is the oldest firm in Upstate New York with a practice devoted exclusively to the defense of medical professionals and institutions. In 1943, William F. Martin, a partner at Martin, Clearwater & Bell in New York City, became counsel for the New York State Medical Society and was tasked with defending medical providers in medical malpractice actions throughout New York State. In 1964, this firm was created as the Upstate New York office of Martin, Clearwater & Bell. In the early 1970's, the firm became an independent law firm. For more than 50 years, Martin, Ganotis, Brown, Mould & Currie, P.C. has served and continues to serve as the premier Upstate New York law firm with a practice devoted to the defense of medical professionals and institutions in medical malpractice actions.
