Markun Zusman Freniere and Compton, LLP was founded in 2003 by David Markun, Edward Zusman and Jeffrey Compton. After practicing at larger firms, David, Ed and Jeff started this firm with one simple goal ? to provide clients with top-tier legal representation at competitive rates that are determined by the client's needs. We pride ourselves on getting the right result for the client as efficiently as possible. As a testament to our client-centric approach, our small firm which started with just six attorneys has grown to over fifteen attorneys in four offices across the country. Our ranks now include the former General Counsel and Associate General Counsel of the largest independent broker-dealer in the country, a former federal prosecutor, and talented young associates who bring with them unique skills and backgrounds.
