Our primary areas of expertise are real estate and business-transactional matters, including the negotiation of leases, negotiating and documenting loans, purchasing and selling real property, tax-deferred exchanges, representing both borrowers and lenders in secured real-property transactions, loan workouts, advising on landlord/tenant matters, representing clients in buying and selling businesses, and forming limited-liability companies, corporations and partnerships. We have additional expertise representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings as well as representing student loan lenders and guarantors in bankruptcy court.
