History
Prior to our foundation in 1982, attorney Neil Frank saw a need for legal services in the west side of Broward County. There was a myriad of legal services available in downtown Fort Lauderdale, but felt those residing in Sunrise, Plantation and Davie areas lacked nearby legal assistance. Mr. Frank envisioned a law firm where people could receive top-notch legal expertise and establish a lasting relationship with every client.

In 1987, Steve Weinberg joined the Firm, bringing a breadth of expertise from corporate, tax, association and estate work. Our legal background and experience was growing and so was the Firm.

David Black joined the Firm in 1995, bringing a valuable set of skills in handling complex litigation and effectively representing clients in both state and federal cases.

Our unique combination of strong legal leadership and remarkable customer service allowed for the Frank, Weinberg and Black Firm to expand. By 2000, we had grown from six attorneys to 25. This growth prompted us to build a larger office in Plantation, where our main headquarters now reside.

Seven short years later, we noticed a strong demand for our services in Palm Beach County. Attorneys Steve Deutsch and Robert Slatoff expanded the Firm, and opened an office in Boca Raton.

For over thirty years, we continue to provide quality legal services to our clients.
