Our History

Founded in 2004, Jones & Rostant was the first all-female law firm representing only injured parties and is still one of the only all-female firms focusing on medical malpractice in Virginia. Since then, J&R has become a leader in our field, known for specializing in the most complex medical negligence and malpractice cases.
