Founded in 1967, our firm is known today as Henneke, Fraim & Dawes, P.C. Throughout the decades since, our firm has grown in both size and in scope of practice as attorneys with new areas of expertise have joined our firm.

Henneke, Fraim & Dawes represents individuals, families, businesses, and organizations in both commercial and general civil matters. Our firm's business clients range from small local businesses to large national corporations as well as municipalities and other local governments. Our firm's practice is centered in Flint and Genesee County; however we serve clients throughout Michigan, reaching to every corner of the state.
