Biller, Sachs, Zito & LeMoult; a partnership of LLCs, is dedicated to providing our clients with professional, reliable and cost-efficient representation. Biller, Sachs, Zito & LeMoult is a partnership that includes the Biller Law Firm, which was established by attorney Jon D. Biller in 1987. The Biller Law Firm limits its practice by choice to the representation of policyholders in connection with insurance coverage matters, as well as victims of serious personal injuries. Attorney Jeffrey Sachs is a third generation legal advisor with over three decades of experience. Attorney Louise Zito joined our firm as a partner in 2003. She has over thirty years of experience in family matters and dispute resolution. She operates the Divorce, Mediation and Collaborative Center.

We are located in Hamden, Connecticut with a satellite office in Branford, Connecticut. Our attorneys are admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut, New York, and Georgia; as well as the United States District Court. Attorney Doreen Bonadies is of counsel to our firm and is admitted to practice law in Florida.

In an ongoing effort to better serve our clients, we are continually upgrading all of our resources. Members of our firm are active in many professional associations and civic organizations and frequently serve as guest speakers in their respective practice areas. Our attorneys utilize a team approach toward case resolution, collaborating with each other, our law clerks, and legal staff for assistance. In order to best represent our clients' interests, we also employ the services of accountants, engineers, adjusters and other consultants, as needed.

It is our practice to assign an attorney, usually a partner, to each matter brought into our firm. That attorney has an ongoing responsibility for that matter until its ultimate resolution. It is also our practice to ensure that the responsible attorney maintains continual contact with our client.

When possible, we attempt to avoid litigation to resolve our our clients' concerns so that we may provide them with the timeliest and most cost-effective representation. However, our firm takes great pride in our trial record and willingness to stand behind our clients and to litigate to the fullest extent of the law. We have a successful trial record and have argued several appeals before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.
