Attorneys Elliot A. Strokoff and James L. Cowden has been practicing law together since 1974. These two lawyers have also been joined by attorney Jennifer A. Nachamkin, who has been practicing in Pennsylvania since 2005, and Catherine Elizabeth Rowe who has been practicing in our state since 2013.
