Advice to law firm management: There is no hope for the lot of you. You don't care about your clients or your staff...

Pros: There is absolutely nothing positive about working for this firm, except garnering a paycheck.

Cons: Back-stabbing, petty co-workers; sexually harassing bosses; unethical attorney behavior; lying, adultering bunch. Ask Mrs. Krogmann how Mr. Paltrowitz is. Paula Berube is morally bankrupt. James Burkett is a joke. Philip McIntyre pillages from estates. The only decent people there are Mark Ceresano and a couple others who somehow stay out of the path of the rest of the unethical animals.

Cons: Mr James R Burkett was hired by the executer of a will in which my mother is listed as a beneficiery. When my mother requested an accounting of the estate finances from Mr. Burkett, which he must provide upon request as per NYS Law, he ignored her repeated requests for 3 months..she then notified him that she had no choice but to report him to the Bar Association, his response was as follows: "we have determined that an accounting is not necessary ...and any attempt to intimidate, threaten ,or bully me will be considered harassment..your communication with me will no longer be answered..signed James R. Burkett of BARTLET, PIONTIFF, STEWART and RHODES Glens Falls, NY Mr. Burkett is currently under investigation by the Bar Association for unethical behavior towards my mother
