Our firm, which initially focused on business transactions, was founded in 1982 by Peter McCausland and Gordon Keen, and the late Melvin Buckman joined the firm shortly thereafter. Over the following years, McCAUSLAND Keen + Buckman added additional attorneys and, with them, additional practice areas, including real estate, tax, litigation, public and private securities, and trusts and estates. Although none of the firm's name partners remain with the firm, McCAUSLAND Keen + Buckman continues to flourish with twenty-four lawyers effectively serving publicly and privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, universities, and a host of other clients locally, regionally, and nationally.
